Spirit Strand Customizer — Privacy Policy

Spirit Strand Customizer is a Shopify app that lets a merchant offer a “design your own bracelet” experience on their storefront. This page explains what data the app stores, why, and how it is deleted.

1. What we store

• Shop information: your shop domain, your app session (access token and its refresh token), and which setup steps you have completed.
• Designs: the bracelet designs created in the customizer — bead/material selection, wrist size, intention, and a rendered preview image.
• Catalog mappings: which of your products/variants are used as design materials or as the “base” product.
• Orders: the Shopify order id, the order line id, and the design id that was purchased — used to show you which design was sold, and to handle refunds and cancellations.
• Customer identifier: the numeric Shopify customer id, only when a design must be attributed to the customer who ordered it or to a creator who submitted it. We do not store customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.
• Creator program (optional): if you enable the creator program, we store creator records, referral sessions and commission calculations for orders placed through a referral link.

2. Where it is stored

Data is stored in Cloudflare infrastructure: a Cloudflare D1 database for records and Cloudflare R2 (or equivalent object storage) for preview images. Requests are served over HTTPS.

3. Why we store it

• to render the customizer and save/display a shopper’s design;
• to create the cart line and the checkout for a design;
• to show you which designs were sold, and to compute creator commissions if you enable that program;
• to provide support and to keep the app secure.

We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Retention and deletion

• Uninstall: when you uninstall the app we receive app/uninstalled and stop processing your shop.
• Shop data deletion: we handle Shopify’s shop/redact webhook and delete the shop’s stored records (designs, materials, catalog mappings, order attributions, creator and commission records, and setup state).
• Customer data request: we handle customers/data_request and record the request so the merchant can be provided with the data we hold.
• Customer redaction: we handle customers/redact and delete that customer’s identifier and any design/referral association we hold.

本应用是 Shopify 应用，供商家在店铺前台提供“自选珠子定制手串”功能。本页说明我们存储什么数据、为什么存储、以及如何删除。

我们存储什么

• 店铺信息：店铺域名、应用会话（访问令牌与其刷新令牌）、安装向导完成情况；
• 设计数据：定制器生成的设计（珠料选择、手围、意图）与预览图；
• 商品映射：哪些商品/变体被用作材料或底板；
• 订单数据：订单 id、订单行 id、以及该订单对应的设计 id（用于对账、退款与取消处理）；
• 客户标识：仅在需要把设计归属到下单客户或投稿创作者时，保存 Shopify 的**数字客户 id**；我们不保存姓名、邮箱、电话、地址；
• 创作者计划（可选，默认关闭）：创作者记录、推荐会话与佣金计算结果。

存储位置与删除

数据存于 Cloudflare（D1 数据库 + R2 对象存储），全程 HTTPS。卸载应用后我们收到 app/uninstalled 并停止处理；收到 shop/redact 时删除该店全部记录；customers/data_request 与 customers/redact 分别用于提供与删除客户相关数据。 我们不出售数据，也不用于广告。
